Our services are available throughout Los Angeles County. We strive to provide same-day service when available, though actual appointment times may vary based on location, traffic conditions, and service demand.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is based on the type of service required, TV size, and wall type. We provide upfront pricing before beginning any work. Payment is due upon completion of service and may be made by:

• Cash
• Credit/Debit cards
• Digital payment methods (Zelle, Venmo)

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate info about wall type and TV model
• Ensuring safe walking access to the workspace
• Providing the TV bracket (unless purchased from us)
• Securing pets and children away from the work area

6. Limitation of Liability

Fixer Near Me's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our technicians are trained professionals who take every precaution to ensure zero damage.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We provide a 2-Year Warranty on workmanship and installation integrity. This covers the security of the mount and the television when used under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by earthquakes, misuse, or structural failure of the wall itself unrelated to our installation.

8. Same-Day Service Terms

Same-day services are subject to technician availability. We recommend booking before 2 PM for same-day requests. We reserve the right to reschedule if unforeseen circumstances arise.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Services may be cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Refunds are provided at our discretion and based on specific circumstances.
